The most suitable material to use under induction cook pot is iron.We cannot use aluminum or copper because:

1.)Induction cook pot works through electromagnetic induction to produce heat.Neither aluminum nor copper can undergo electromagnetic induction hence making iron suitable.

2.)Iron has a very high electric resistivity compared to aluminum and copper.

3.)Working with aluminum requires production of heavy currents unlike when you're using iron this making the whole process very costy.

Copper and aluminum are very good conductors which means they produce very little heat. Iron is not a very good conductor which means it produces more heat. Since you want to produce heat, you use iron, not copper or aluminum.
