Which is the best 3rd Party API to develop a chat application?

I have plan to develop chat application for Teacher - student communication. currently i'm looking for 3rd party API providers . there are lot of providers in market.like

1. Sendbird
2. Twilio
3. MirrorFly
4. Apphitect IM

but i have confused to choose best chat api providers for my application.any expert in this community please help me
