According to my knowledge. Any food that causes you illnesses for the long term or even immediately is called unhealthy foods.

Apart from it, any foods that your doctor prescribes you and is keeping your body fit are called healthy food.

Healthy foods are those that contain nutritional value particularly fruits and veggies. While unhealthy foods are those we craved most of time and makes our mouth drool like pizza, fries or our favourite gelato to name a few.

You can differentiate between a healthy food and unhealthy food by checking if the food is balanced diet or not.

A balanced diet is a food which contains all the food nutrients needed such as vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

We can check the ingredients and nutrition fact on its packaging. It's healthy if stated as low sugar, low fat, colestrol free and less sodium. Buy products with fewest ingredient. Also we can see it's healthy or not after the food have been processed by your digestion, if it makes you getting stomach ache or so full uncomfortable feeling in your stomach, it could be an unhealthy food.

Don't buy foods that using harmful preservative chemical. It,s better buy vegetable, meat or fruits in fresh condition.

Healthy foods are whole, minimally processed, and nutrient-dense, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Unhealthy foods are often high in calories, saturated and trans fats, sugar, and sodium, and may lack important nutrients.

There are a few different ways to differentiate healthy food from unhealthy food. You can do this by looking at the source of the food, by type of food, and by how much. For example, chicken-and-biryani food is healthy, but Indian food with Indian spices is not so healthy.

Healthy and unhealthy foods differ in nutrient value, taste, price, and health effects. Therefore, you must do adequate research on the food items from their purchase to their preparation for the best benefits in the long term. So, plan to include a healthy food routine for a healthy lifestyle and happy living!
