I think leg work outs can work for knock knees, because it could be because of big thigh's that you get knock kneed. If you work your inner thigh you could get back your perfect legs.

There are leg workouts that can fix knock-knees. Here are some:

1. Side lunges

2. Side step-ups

3. Cable abduction

4. Lying abduction

5. Wall abductor squeezes

All five of these workouts work well.

I do not have knock-knees, but as a fitness fanatic, I know what leg workouts are best and what I have provided are the best. Good luck. :)

Explicably, knock knees describes the folding in of the two legs knees while the feet bend side ways. This deformity might make it difficulty for one to touch his/her feet. However, the condition is prevalent in children of 1-3 years old. The major cause of it maybe metabolic bone disorders or genetic disorders.
Essentially, exercises are one of the most effective ways knock knees can cured. The treatment of it primarily depends on the cause of it. Doctor or physical therapist can recommend the exact exercises needed for the strengthening of the legs. And such recommendation must be based on the gait of the individual. Simple stretches as exercise might just be the workout plans to realign the defected knees.

Apart from the exercise, the sufferer can adopt nutritional approach to mend the condition internally. The consumption of foods that are packed in calcium is also advised, and intermittent exposure to early morning sunshine for proper absorption of vitamin D, should also be practiced.

I am sorry to say that they cannot be fixed with legs workouts. They need to use assistive devices to correct them. In some scenarios, they needed to be operated.

It's important to note that while leg exercises may help to strengthen the muscles around the knee, they are unlikely to correct knock-knees on their own. If you are concerned about your knock-knees, it is important to speak with a healthcare professional to determine the best course of treatment for you.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as knock-knees can be caused by a variety of factors such as genetics, age, injury or muscle imbalances. Leg workouts can help to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint, which can help to improve the alignment of the knees. However, in order to get the best results, you should also focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles around the hip and ankle as well. Additionally, you may need to see a medical professional to assess and treat any underlying medical conditions that may be causing your knock-knees.

Several studies indicate that exercise may help strengthen the muscles of the legs and could improve posture and balance in people with knock-knee. Research also shows that this may apply to young adults with knock-knee, but there is not enough research to indicate that exercise corrects the condition in children.
