How To Do Screen Printing On T-shirts Professionally At Home ?

T-shirt Screen Printing Professionally is easy to do at home if you have the money, good tools, etc. First off, you need to get a decent printer that is more rated on the photo printing side to get a clean result. You will want to use transfer paper and make sure your diagram is horizontally so the words and drawings are going from right to left. Then you use a decently hot iron, and press the transfer onto the shirt, applying the image on. The nicer the outcome, the more expensive the tools and equipment are going to be. Hope this good for you.

You need to have the desired frame, do some patterns as a design, and put the screen net. Once they were put together, then you can use ink to have the printed designs.

Does it work? I mean have you tested it yourself or have seen someone doing it?

It is a easy task but more care and attention is required. It will change the look if we do the screen printing. We need to have the ink, screen frame, design etc. Better to do by trained professionals.

There are a few ways to do screen printing on T-shirts:

1. Use a screen printer.

2. Place a screen print size on a list and, when you are able to find a screen printer that has a similar size, they will be connected to each other to create a screen print.

3. Use a digital screen printer.

4. Place a T-shirt in a air-tight conditionable bag to avoid dirt and other contaminants.

5. Use a screen printing tool to create a contact print.

Load your shirt onto the press and get your printhead aligned. Before locking the print head into place above your shirt, make sure to flood the screen with ink. Once the print head is locked down, push or pull the screen printing ink across the screen to deposit the ink onto the shirt.
