One of the core concepts of positive psychology is character strengths. These are, essentially, all the positive traits that are considered their strengths. There is a universal list of  24 character strengths that can help in determining this.

You need to believe in yourself that you have strengths like Bravery, Perseverance, Optimism and work on those strengths. You need to align your thoughts, feelings towards your strengths and convert them into actions. Good luck to you!

You can be positive,  and speak confidently to allow for strengths to appear and weakness to disappear. Every positive trait overrides the negative.  This is to develop your best habits and don't  think about  what makes you feel unhappy. Character building is your inside thoughts they way you and do have a lot to do with your good character.
