How do I develop character strengths effectively?

One of the core concepts of positive psychology is character strengths. These are, essentially, all the positive traits that are considered their strengths. There is a universal list of  24 character strengths that can help in determining this.

Also, one needs to have good communication skills to deal with different people on a daily basis. This all comes through years of practice, hard work and self belief.
