It doesnt matter because even with our technology as it is it would take the same time as the last time back in the 19's or more specifically Apollo mission. But if you only want to pass the moon and not land there / enter orbit you can probably reach it by 8 hours approximately. And why can't we acheive any better is all because of the method used to land on the moon which is "Free Return Trajectory".

With the Apollo mission in the moon back in the 19 century they took three days to land inside the moon. Today a lot has advanced since then in terms of technology, creativity and speed. More powerful rockets have been launched and the journey to the moon has been made easier this days. Perhaps it won't take long before you land on the moon. It would take approximately 24 to 30 hours to be on the moon.

The distance between the Earth and the Moon is approximately 240,000 miles (or 386,000 kilometers). The Apollo 11 mission took 51 hours and 49 minutes to arrive on the lunar surface. even with today's technology, it would take almost 3 days for a space craft to actually reach the Moon.

before they used to travel to the moon by a month or more due to the ozon layers and technology rate but now it takes them a day

Technology has helped in so many sectors from space, to medical and health and information. Now everything is just within the touch of a button. I believe with the current technology, going to the moon can take no more than 10 hours .

Based on the record, it will take at least three days for a spaceship to go to the moon. Some experts claimed that the distance between the moon and Earth is 386, 400 kilometers (240, 000 miles).

It typically takes about three to four days to travel to the moon using current technology. This includes the time it takes for the spacecraft to accelerate to its cruising speed, coast to the moon, and then decelerate and enter into lunar orbit.
