Having good customer service means you must listen to the customer with no attitude. Show empathy when needed but at the same time follow company policy.

Good customer services is always giving be a good listener and providing value to the customer. When customer face some technical issue then normally it is even hard for them to explain their issue so it customer service should be able to understand the technicality that customer might face.
