My legs are hurting me ,i am thinking about getting vit D supplement but i need to know if it's a side effect of low vit.

Symptoms like bone pain, fatigue,not sleeping well, muscle weakness,loss of appetit. Depression and sadness also indicate vitamin d deficiency.

Well as we all know too much of vitamin D has it own side effects on our health but lack or low vitamin D can waeken the bones and make it soft and not strength it can also give you sleepless night.
