1. Enjoy an anti-inflammatory drink every day. Like tumeric milk, ginger green tea or tart cherry juice.

2. Sleep longer. Vitamin C and B6 helps sleep well

3. Carefully stretch your joints during yoga as that will help relax your muscles.

4. Relax your body in a warm pool.

I hope that helps

Low back pain can be relieved with heat. Baths, showers, and hot packs are all good options for moist heat. However, you might use an electric heating pad. It should be applied to your aching back for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Back pain is one of the most common physical ailments caused due to heavy workouts, sprained, sports injuries, or a chronic condition such as arthritis. There are remedies that tend to be better when it's done alone like stretching muscles, especially in your abdominal core, to help support your back also flexibility may help both relieve the pain and prevent it. Keep good posture on your lower back you can use straps or stretchy bands to help keep your spine in alignment. Maintaining a healthy weight really helps with pain because it reduces the amount of mechanical force on the spine. Smoking can cause weaken your spinal bones and take away vital nutrients from the spongy disks that cushion your joints. A healthy spine keeps your back flexible and its muscles from getting stiff and sore so stopping smoking may help you get rid of it. Try ice and heat to relieve back pain, usually, ice is best if your back is pain by swelling or inflammation. A heating pad may be better if you're trying to relax the muscles. Rubbing medicated creams to help decrease pain area is not long effects relief but it can help calm down the affected area.

Before you are going to do some low back pain management, it is best to have diagnostic tools to know what is the causative factors of this condition. Our spine is so delicate and we do not want to end up having spinal cord injury.

Lower back pain can be challenging to manage, but there are several home remedies and self-care techniques that may help alleviate discomfort. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional if you have persistent or severe back pain. Here are some remedies for lower back pain:

1. **Rest**: While rest is important, it's essential to avoid prolonged bed rest, as it can worsen back pain. Instead, try to stay active and engage in gentle activities such as walking or stretching.

2. **Apply Heat or Cold**: Apply a heating pad or ice pack to the affected area to help reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. Alternating between heat and cold therapy may provide additional relief.

3. **Over-the-Counter Pain Relievers**: Use over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, or naproxen to help reduce pain and inflammation. Follow the recommended dosage and use caution if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.

4. **Exercise**: Engage in low-impact exercises and stretches to help strengthen the muscles in the lower back and improve flexibility. Examples include walking, swimming, yoga, and gentle stretching exercises.

5. **Maintain Good Posture**: Practice good posture habits to help prevent strain on the lower back. Sit and stand up straight, and use ergonomic chairs and supportive cushions if necessary.

6. **Use Proper Lifting Techniques**: When lifting heavy objects, bend at the knees and use your legs to lift rather than bending at the waist, which can strain the lower back. Avoid twisting motions while lifting.

7. **Massage Therapy**: Gentle massage techniques such as kneading, rubbing, or applying pressure to the lower back may help relieve muscle tension and reduce pain.

8. **Sleeping Position**: Experiment with different sleeping positions to find one that is most comfortable for your lower back. Consider sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees or on your back with a pillow under your knees for added support.

9. **Strengthen Core Muscles**: Strengthening the muscles in the abdomen and lower back can help provide support and stability for the spine, reducing the risk of back pain. Incorporate exercises targeting the core muscles, such as planks, bridges, and pelvic tilts, into your routine.

10. **Stay Hydrated and Maintain a Healthy Weight**: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy weight to reduce strain on the lower back. Excess weight can exacerbate back pain by putting additional pressure on the spine.

If your lower back pain persists or worsens despite home remedies, or if you experience other concerning symptoms such as numbness, tingling, weakness, or difficulty controlling bowel or bladder function, it's important to seek medical attention from a healthcare professional. They can help identify the underlying cause of your back pain and recommend appropriate treatment options.
