Nobody in this world has never gotten stressed up. The daily pressures of life forces us to be stressed. But we need to accept things the way they come even if it's against our wish or how we had planned and manage positive energy for a better tommorow.

In my case, I usually sleep before dealing with my personal stressors. Some of them cannot be solved in just one night and it needs to plan for possible solutions.

You can deal with stress by focusing on something else, reminding yourself of the solutions you have to work on. Keep physically active, avoid unhealthy habits, take time to yourself and get enough sleep to cope with your stress.

Just don't pressure yourself to push harder in that time. It's not bad to strive unless you can still handle it. Being stressed for long is bad for your health. Learn to take a rest and set aside the struggles for a while and go back to be busy once you have cleared your mind and body.

The best way to get rid of continuous stress is to identify the cause of that stress, find solutions and try its causes at all cost or else seek guidance and counseling.

To deal with continuous stress, try stress-management techniques such as regular exercise, deep breathing, meditation, or engaging in hobbies. Seek support from friends, family, or a mental health professional if needed. Set boundaries, prioritize self-care, and practice mindfulness to stay present and focused. Consider making lifestyle changes such as reducing caffeine or alcohol intake, improving sleep habits, and managing time more effectively.
