I don't know if the mosquito coils are that big of a risk for the globe, considering how small they are and they're burned in isolated locations. However, there are small potential health risks to burning the coils. They're insecticide products, so they should obviously have limited use anyway, but they're also regulated products. If their intended use hurt people too badly, they would be pulled from the shelves. The negative effects of burning mosquito coils are usually no more than sensory irritations.

Though mosquito coils do not have a severe effect on human beings as it is considered as a safe insecticide, it can be harmful to a human being in case of prolonged exposure. Study shows that burning coils in a closed room can cause indoor pollution which can lead to headache, nausea, and may also cause breathing problem in some cases.

Even as mosquitoes coil has it advantage. The adverse effects are enormous, the smoke produced by the coil will kill the mosquitoes or render them weak, but to man it can cause a lot of damage to the lungs. To some people the smoke alone gives them malaria. Through research majority of people will complain of cold(running nose).
