Well, one thing you can do is ghost them, or you can be straight with them and let them know they're toxic. Just don't answer their texts and just continue with your life. If you really don't want them in your life, they will eventually get the message when they see that your living life and they aren't apart of it. Life is full of twists and turns, so it won't be the only time you run into people like that.

The best approach is to come out straight with it and tell the person or people that you wish to cut ties with them and no longer want them in your life. After that you can block and ignore them so as to move on with your life.

Sometimes we can't avoid getting rid of those people who we don't like and just deal with them. We don't need to be close with them and just be civil in dealing with them if we need to talk to them. Being plastic or pretending to someone that we need to be nice to them is not also good. As much as we can avoid those people without being rude in their eyes. Avoid communicating with them if you can and just talk if there are some important things that you need to ask or tell them. That’s it just be civil and not pretend to be extra nice to them.
