To be honest I'm not sure if there is a permanent remedy as doctors are not sure what causes it and the symptoms are so varied.

Working out what foods trigger it is a start. Some people find that cutting out tea and coffee helps and make sure you have plenty of fibre in your diet. I was also reading that one guy had a very stressful job. He gave it up and his symptoms began to improve dramatically. I know it's not always possible just to give up work but is there anything in your life that is causing you stress?

There are also medications you can buy over the counter now to relive the painful spasms of IBS. I hope you find something that helps soon.

To be honest, I am not sure if there are permanent remedy for bowel movement because it depends on the food you are eating and it depends on the habit of having a regular bowel movement. If you eat full solid food like meat, without vegetable then you will have irritable bowel movements for sure. For this one, you need to drinks lots of water and drink food supplement with fiber. Tea can help too. Green tea can help you with your bowel movement. Cleansing will help you to cleanse your intestines so that you can start to have regular bowel movement. Drink with fiber and food that contains fiber are advisable when your poop became liquidy. From time to time we will experience bowel irritability because sometimes we cannot watch what we eat.

The most effective way to manage irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is to make changes to your diet and lifestyle. Eating a balanced diet, avoiding trigger foods, drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, and reducing stress can all help to reduce IBS symptoms. Medication is sometimes recommended to treat the symptoms of IBS, but these should only be taken under the guidance of a doctor.
