If you often get black and whiteheads well usually the cause of producing them is the build-up,  your body basically producing too much oil, hormonal changes like menstruation and birth control, irritation from your hair being on your face too much. Also could potentially be from Dairy products, Lotts of salted fast food products, blood sugar levels.

Whiteheads and blackheads appear because the skin is either unclean, or clogged by oils, dead skin, and bacteria. According to medical articles written by experts, blackheads form because pores are open and susceptible to dirt and bacteria to enter. The black color is formed by the dirt coming in contact with the air. In contrast with the blackhead, whiteheads appear under the skin because the pores are blocked and there is no air coming into contact with it.

It is a result of clogged pores under the skin's surface, causing the sebum to build up behind it and make a raised, white bump appear. A blackhead is an open comedone. Blackheads appear due to a plug of the sebaceous pore on the skin's surface, but the pore itself is still open.

If the skin over the bump stays closed, the bump is called a whitehead if the bump opens exposes it to the air causing a blackhead to form due to the dead skin cells collecting in the opening to the skin follicle. To get rid of it regular monthly deep pore cleansing facials where a skilled esthetician can soften the pores and manually remove them.

It can vary depending on the individual's skin color. However, some theories that could contribute to white heads and black heads being occur could include:.

  • If someone is more commonly seen hairstyling their hair towards the bald end, they might be considered "white" since their hair is typically off of their head.
  • If this is the case, they might be more At risk for skin cancer, as hair on the head is mostly not shaved.
  • If it is then, their skin is not getting the correct level of oxygen and
  • the hair could be in a state that makes it unable to fight off the ravages of cancer.
