What does met minimum payout threshold mean on, "Answeree"?

I'm curious because I am at 2000 points, next to my earning it says ELIGIBLE, I clicked on eligible and it says I have met the minimum payout threshold. What do I do next?

 You need to send private message to "answeree profile page" asking for payout and as payment is made manually so it may takes up to 3 days to receive money in your paypal or skrill account. It release payments between 5th - 7th every month. 

Additionally it would be helpful if you read ANSWEREE REWARDS and FAQ sections whose links are provided on the bottom of page.

It means that you can now get paid to your PayPal account.Your account has reached the required amount of points for you to qualify for payment..

Oh I don't like PayPal, I already have a Skrill account set up so hopefully, my payout will come soon. I did message the admin so hopefully soon if I do get it ill be sure to post proof.

Ok that's nice,here in Kenya PayPal is the most appropriate way of sending and receiving money online because it's easier to  link it with a bank and mobile network I hope you will get paid soon and share your proof to us.
