Pregnant women should stay away from unripe papaya, pineapple and grapes in fruits. Then, unpasteurized milk and dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, raw sprouts, mould ripened soft cheese, liver and liver related products, under-cooked meat and eggs, unwashed fruits and vegetables, dishes with raw eggs and supplements containing Vitamin A.

For liver and liver products, you are missing it out. It contains a lot of iron which is needed by expectant mothers. 

Dairy products are also good for they provide calcium which are used for both the mother and the foetus. For strong and healthly bones.

Pregnant women's diet should contain all the necessary nutrients at the right amounts for use for both the mother and the child. 

Their diet should contin

Carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes, yams, cassava, plantains, pumpkin, corn, rice, wheat products such as wholemeal bread

Proteins such as chicken, lamb meat, goat meat, fish, sardines, legumes such as beans, green peas, groundsnuts 

Vitamins which come from fresh fruits and vegetables 

Minerals such as zinc coming from water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds. 

Take water in generous quantities 

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, tea and stressful factors.

I think meals that pregnant women are to take are suppose to be approved by the doctor, if you want to enjoy any meal i best advice you ask a doctor first.
