I often feel pissed off with regular tasks and feels stressed out. I have some ways of my own to deal with stress such as chocolates and sleeping, a walk. Want to know how others deal with their day to day stress..

I like to exercise to relieve stress. It takes my mind off whatever is stressing me and it also releases endorphins. Meditation and reading also takes my mind off stress.

Exercising helps with stress relief and overall health. Playing games de-stresses someone as it distracts from everyday life for a while. Drawing and/or painting is another option. Listening to calming music is also beneficial.

I do listen to soothing music or go out for a nature walk they serve to relieve my stress. I also opt to play some outdoor games such as football.

Stress can be really depressing. Different people do different activities or follow various methods to release stress. Personally, I like to watch my favorite series on YouTube. It is a stress buster for me. I also love to take a stroll while listening to my favorite music. However, a generic method to release stress can be performing Yoga. Doing yoga calms your mind and makes you feel peaceful. Exercise and yoga are proven methods for body and mind positivity.

Just do your liked work like listening music, playing games and chat with friends or drink. Human being is a social animal. He has many stress things in this world. They have to reduce stress levels to lead life smoothly.
