I want to know if cold water is harmful for our health or should we only take warn water?

Yes, It is so when drinking you should drink warm water than the cold one it makes your blood flow goes smoothly. But there is a advantages and disadvantages of taking cold. For instances, Cold can give us some diseases like hypothermia and mostly reported cases cold can put you in high risk of heart problems. and for the advantages, it can make our outer body refreshing and improves sleeping.

I agree, If you want to live your lives up to 70 yrs old or more, drink warm water rather cold. It stimulates internal body functions.

Some studies have shown that cold water causes some unwanted effects on the body

  • Could cause sore throat

Well ive heard that it solidifies grease and fat contrubuting to belly fat and this makes it harder for us to lose the weight. Also ive heard that its not too healthy for the blood vessels.

Cold water can be taken in moderation. During hot weather, summer days people reach out to cold water as it quenches our thirst well. During cold weather winter days, it's good to take warm water. 

Cold water can bring tonsillitis and hypothermia,teeth sensitivity.

Or when you finish your sport(temperature of your body will be very high) and cold with hot don't suit our Bodies
