I need to move pics from android phone to my laptop but when I plug it in the laptop nothing happens. please assist?

It is possible to transfer contents from your smartphone to your laptop.
You can use a USB cable to connect your smartphone and your laptop.
Plug the USB cable which is connected to your smartphone into the laptop's USB Port and it will indicate that an external device has been connected.
After that you will click the phone storage memory and go to gallery where you will drag all the pics and drop them on the laptop's home screen, this action will enable the pics to be transferred into the laptop's memory or internal hard disk.
