Healthy breakfast that you can add to your meal plan in the morning are:
1.Eggs, it reduces calorie intake at next meal.
2.Oatmeal, promotes feelings of fullness and rich in antioxidants which benefit heart health and decrease blood pressure.
3.Berries, it has also pack antioxidant. lower in sugar yet higher in fiber.
4.Green tea, it may help against diabetes and the most healthiest beverage.
5.Protien shake, It stabilize blood sugar levels and has a high protein that promotes fullness.

Tips: Drink warm water with your empty stomach 2 hours before your breakfast meals because it helps to prepare your gut for the rest of the day and may contribute to weight loss.

If you are basing on delivering the breakfast food, then go for the bread with fillings in it. Besides, we need some dairy milk. You can have some cereals as an option.
