Bootstrap is an advanced grid system that is extremely flexible, has many features, comes with readymade templates, is easy yo use and is highly responsive. On the other hand, Material Design also has a grid system but is comparatively less advanced. Material Design uses eye catching animation, sliders, pop ups, etc in its UI whereas Bootstrap doesn't stress on these elements in its design.

Bootstrap and Material are two popular front-end web development frameworks that are widely used by developers to create responsive and visually appealing web designs. Both frameworks have their own unique features and benefits, and which one is better depends on the specific needs and requirements of the project.

Bootstrap is a more mature and established framework that provides a comprehensive set of tools and components for building responsive web designs quickly and easily. It has a larger community of developers and users and is well-documented with plenty of tutorials and resources available online.

Material, on the other hand, is a newer framework developed by Google that is based on Google's Material Design language. It provides a modern and clean design aesthetic and has a more modular approach to building web designs.

So, the decision to use Bootstrap or Material ultimately depends on the specific requirements of the project, the design aesthetic preferred by the client, and the expertise and preference of the developer. Both frameworks are great choices for front-end web development and can help you build a high-quality and responsive web design
