No it's not. Breaking diet rules make it easy to relapse back to bad eating habits. Hence if you decide to follow a diet rule, try your best to follow it to the latter

It is cool in following circumstances

1.It is cool if you switch to better diet rules.

2.if you change your goal eg. If you want to loose weight or gain weight.
3.if you this once a week.

Depending on what kind of result you are looking for in the end, then it may not be the best option to break a diet at at once. Wean yourself off of a diet if you are no longer interested. Your body as gotten used to certain foods at certain times; shocking your system is not a way to go.

It can be cool if you break and incorporate better eating habits which are beneficial for health. 

You can adjust by adding more vegetables and fruits into your diet, cutting down on unhealthy fats, too much sugar, too much salt and alcohol drinks together with smoking. Also adding the volume of water you consume daily and exercising at least 30 minutes per day.
