If your laptop keyboard isn't working, there could be several reasons behind it. Here are some things you can try to fix the issue:

Check for physical damage: Inspect the keyboard for any physical damage, such as cracks or missing keys. If you find any damage, it may need to be replaced.

Restart your laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue. Save any unsaved work and shut down your laptop. Wait for a few seconds and then turn it on again.

Update drivers: Outdated drivers can cause keyboard problems. Go to the device manager and update the keyboard drivers.

Use an external keyboard: You can use an external keyboard to check if the issue is with the laptop keyboard or something else.

Clean the keyboard: Dust and debris can accumulate under the keys, causing them to malfunction. Use compressed air or a soft brush to clean the keyboard.

Remove the battery: If your laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds. This can sometimes reset the keyboard.

Check the language settings: Make sure that your keyboard is set to the correct language.

Reinstall the operating system: If none of the above solutions work, try reinstalling the operating system. Back up your data before doing so.

If none of these solutions work, it's best to take your laptop to a professional for further diagnosis and repair.

There are a few ways to fix a laptop keyboard that isn't working. The most common way is to take the keyboard to a local laptop screen care store, but be aware that the price can be high. Another way is to take the keyboard to the laptop screen care company, but be aware that the company may have a small staff and it may be hard to get the keyboard out without destroying it.

If your laptop keyboard isn't working, try restarting your laptop or checking for any loose connections. If that doesn't work, update your keyboard drivers or use an external keyboard. If all else fails, seek professional help.
