First of all for you to mantain your body health you must drink fresh clean water at least eight glasses per day.

Secondly you must consider eating energy giving foods such as carbohydrates,vitamins and proteins.

Foods like sweet potatoes,Irish potatoes and cassava are good examples of energy giving foods which contains stach to increase your body weight.

Also you should consider taking enough sleep and doing regular body excercise.
