It is easy to convert your recipe to volume, ounces or grams. Since you are asking for grams I have converted a great vanilla cake recipe for you.

  • 397g of sugar
  • 390g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 170g of butter
  • 340g of milk
  • 14g vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
If you have your own recipe that you'd prefer to use, then go to measurements online. Choose volume to grams and insert the volume in the table and it will convert this to grams for you. This is how I converted the recipe for you from volume to grams.
