There are certain foods that can be cooked in very many ways but still maintain their nutritive value. Do you have examples? image

I would consider a potato. Because a potato can be boiled ,fried, deep fried , baked, grilled, roasted and many other ways that are used traditionally by some native countries.

Yes I agree, potatoes are among foods which can be cooked in very many different ways to bring its nutritive value to the body.

In in our country potato are boiled and have with some species and salt.it is fired has french fries and make potato stew, add alone with chicken curry, in sambar, in avail etc. sweet potatoes are good and nutritious too.

Agree! I love how versatile potatoes are in terms of cooking. There are also many ways to add flavor it.

Tomatoes can also cooked in multiple ways. You can make a delicious tomato soup when you are a little bit hungry. You can make tomato sauce which goes perfectly with fries, burgers, etc. You can use tomato paste in different dishes and vegetables. You can make tomato curry, tomato rassam, tomato juice, tomato sabji which is eaten with tortilla, cherry tomatoes can be charred and used in siders and salads.

Chicken can be cooked in more than one ways like grilled, slow cooker chicken,baked chicken,roasted etc. 

Jackfruit also have bern made in different forms like fries,curry,jam etc.

I feel like that applies to pretty much most meat items . Personally I love fried chicken , chicken curry , and pepper chicken

Maize can be cooked in various ways it can be made into flour and cooked as porridge and a food type called "ugali". Maize can be roasted, boiled or mixed with beans and eaten. Maize flour is also used it coating some foods to add to it's taste.

Potatoes can also be cooked different ways such as deep frying to make chips. You can mash them to make mashed potatoes. You can roast them, stew it with meat, you can boil it and you can also bake potatoes.

I must say the fish we called 'bangus.' In English, it is well known as the 'milkfish.' It can be cooked in more than a hundred ways in Dagupan City,  Philippines.

I have only eaten fish cooked in two ways , fried and curry . Personally I like fish fried

All you need to do is boil water!  How hard is that?

Alot of people like al dente, but I do not as is too chewy.

Don't have garlic bread?  Prepare butter bread!

I would consider chicken . Or any kind of meat also works . You can make it fried , deep fried , or over 100 types of delicious curry styles with it

Well nature has provided us with good things and knowledge go use them including cooking of different dishes with just one product like beans, potatoes,wheat,etc.

Grains and vegetables sorta we eat every day here . We rarely eat mutton here . Chicken and fish are the usual meat options for us and also cheaper compared to beef and mutton

Rice is one food you can cook in different way. The food is a stable in Africa, so there are different methods of cooking it. For example we have coconut rice, fried rice, jellof rice, white rice, pounded rice, rice and beans, rice and stew, and so on. So it all depends on the culture of the people involved.

I would say rice can be cooked in different ways for example we can boil rice and it remains boiled rice, vegetable rice we can cook rice like jollof rice especially among the Nigerian and Ghana people of West Africa, we can make different kinds of pilau with rice and we can make rice pudding, porridge with rice you just have to be creative.
