What is the minimum time for courtship?

Nowadays many couples neglect courtship and go straight to marriage. What is the right minimum amount of time needed for courtship? Before you can say I do?

1 year is ok, 2 years are ok, 3 years are the minimum! But 6 years are the best by this time am sure you will both have decided for marriage.

Am in complete agreement with you. This 6 year term is the most prefarable if am asked.

Courtship must be a lifetime commitment with your partner. Even if you  are married, you  must  still exert effor and continue the courtship since this would be a good  avenue for both of you to know each other, understand your differences and appreciate  one  another. Isn't it  great that even if you are  already married, you are  still like  in your honeymoon stage? This  surely would be a love  to last a  lifetime.

When the two parties have agreed to get then i think atleast they should spend nothing less than 1 year in the courtship period to get a better understanding of each other.

As per my opinion atleast one year is enough for courtship,each and everyone will be able to learn behavior of one another characters, personality and reactions and be decide whether they can make a good and happy couple.
