I prefer British English because it's the mother language to all English languages. And it's very clear and perfect vacabulary.

No doubt, British English is the mother of all English languages, but for a non-native English speaker, American english is much easier.

I prefer American English because it's easy to listen, easy to converse and it also help learners to capture more words and learn English well

So true as a non-native English speaker, I would prefer American English. Its accent is easy to understand.

I prefer American English because I was born and raised in America and its what I'm accustomed to.  I did have the chance to go to England in 1999 and it took some getting use to hearing the British English.

I prefer American English, it is easy to understand and learn because it is much clearer than British English. On other hand, I find British English hard to understand and its accent unclear to understand.

The main difference between British English and American English is in pronunciation. Some words are also different in each variety of English, and there are also a few differences in the way they use grammar.

Personally i prefer American English as it is much more understood than British English.

The primary difference between British English and American English is in the pronunciation.

Additionally there are few spellings which are different. I am not a native English speaker but I spent few years in London and I prefer British English than American English.

I don't really have a preference as I used both American and British English depending on the situation that is suitable for the activity I am undertaking at the moment.

I prefer British. It is more formal. Americans like to use offensive words and shorten their words. British english I believe sounds better and is first class quality.

I prefer American English since it is the most common accent to all unlike British English you also need to follow their British accent. Though they look more classy in speaking. What’s important is the clarity and simplicity of speaking and saying words that everybody can understand easily.

Choosing one over the other is a matter of personal preference. Some prefer an American accent because they grew up watching American movies and listening to American music. Some think British English sounds more proper and prefer that. Neither accent is wrong and both have benefits.

American English is perfect and unique, you will understand it easily than British English. American English are easy to learn. You can carry it's spellings off head and can also recite them.

I would say British English in the way it is more formal and proper. On the other hand, American English is smoother but it makes less sense.
