Electrolyte conductance can be measured by putting anode and cathode on it and measured the external voltage. Then compared the same with some standard known electrolyte solution. Also, specific supercapacitance measuring methods can be used to measure its conductance. For this we use galvanometric charge discharge method. So by calculating with inbuilt software we can easily get the conductance.
