Ectopic pregnancy refers to pregnancy occurring in the fallopian tube instead of it forming in the uterus. As the fetus grows, it puts pressure on the tube and can no longer be supported for growth and a miscarriage happens. You need to seek help from a gynecologist.

An ectopic pregnancy can be felt as a movement in the stomach. The movement can be so light that it may not be noticed at first. If you are test positive, it may not cause any trouble. If the movement is more significant, it would suggest that the baby is not getting through. If the baby is getting through, it may need to be delivered soon.

Often, the first warning signs of an ectopic pregnancy are light vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain. If blood leaks from the fallopian tube, you may feel shoulder pain or an urge to have a bowel movement. Your specific symptoms depend on where the blood collects and which nerves are irritated.
