Stable your mind by believing that you have the ability to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles that lie along the way. Practice mindful meditation and focus your attention on things are happening right now in the present moment. Some people feel more relaxed after they write about their feelings. So write all your feelings on a plain paper. Making time to do things you enjoy can help you relax.

This is the toughest suggestion for me, I guess so. Because I always try to do something interesting or just anything to keep myself busy, or just to distract myself from the present problem, but the main issue is when I'm disturbed by something, I just feel like doing nothing, and no matter what I try, nothing keeps me engaged. My mind will always keep going back to the problem I have.

Stability of mind comes from guidance. Whether you choose to seek guidance from someone else that is capable of helping or guide yourself. Peace of mind comes slowly by writing about your problems or speaking to someone who would care to listen. It also helps by doing exercise or other activities that will release your tensions and stress.

I tried meditation, and I always share things with my best friend. Still, it doesn't work. For sure its makes me feel better or not depressed. But I'm not able to get out of it, and this feeling is so frustrating and irritating.

The mind has alot of work to do and hence should not be overwhelmed. The mind cannot be manipulated and he ace when it does not comprehend something it protects itself from damage and that's how a person goes mad. When in a panic situation I tend to keep calm and move away from the agent causing the panic situation.

Even though I move away from the causing agent, it keeps bothering me for a long period of time, and sometimes even after years, these things bother me. In such a case what should one do?

Time heals and it's a key determinant to healing. Also our mind keeps reminding us of certain occurrences. You need to avoid thinking so much and instead engage in constructive activities such as baking with friends, singing, dancing. This will help you cool out.

What do you choose to do personally in such a case? Do you bake dance or sing or something else? And does it works do you feel better or just forget about it for a certain period of time?

Mental peace is the most important asset that you can have in todays world. During an argument or panic situation, I simply try not to focus on other person's words. The more you listen to him, the more angry or stressed you will be. Simply try to avoid the argument and have the debate later when both parties calm down. If you cannot avoid the situation, think of something else that will distract your mind.

you need to create a state of mind or a basic knowledge about everything, recall all of your previous experiences where getting angry did not solve a thing and rather remaining calm would have been the best solution

Focusing our attention on things that we cannot change makes it difficult to maintain peace of mind. If there is something from the past that you can correct, then do it. Otherwise, it's time to forgive others, forgive yourself, and move on.

Inner peace is a difficult thing to attain in life. All I can say is that people need to know what makes them have true happiness. In this way, he or she will be free from being stressed out by personal stressors.

Achieving stability of mind and attaining a point of peace can be done through regular meditation or mindfulness practice, cultivating positive thoughts and emotions, prioritizing self-care and relaxation, and seeking support from a mental health professional if needed.

There are a few ways to achieve stability of mind. One way is to practice and focus on the thoughts that you want to keep to yourself. Another way is to have a point of point where you can't move from it. A third way is to have a key symbol or memory that you can use to remember that point. The fourth way is to have a set goal or process that you follow to stay in the mind.
