 And according to this the full name of this company is International Marketing Corporation Private Limited.

 IMC was started in 2007. In which Ashok Bhatia is its chairman and Satyan Bhatia is the managing director.

IMC tuning rules have proved to be robust and yield acceptable performance when used in the control of common processes. In general, analytical IMC tuning rules are derived for PI/PID compensators by matching an approximate process model to a low-dimensional reference model. The IMC controller structure depends on two factors: the complexity of the model and the performance requirements stated by the designer. Since the general IMC method is unnecessarily complicated for processes that are well approximated by first-order dead time or integrator dead time models, simplified IMC rules were developed by Fruehauf et al. (1994) for PID controller tuning as given in Table 3.4.
