5. Healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, avocados, and olive oil.

6. Plenty of water and other non-caffeinated beverages.

7. A variety of spices, herbs, and other seasonings.

8. Moderate amounts of caffeine, as well as limiting sugary, processed, and salty snacks. 

9. Plenty of rest, relaxation, and regular physical activity.

10. Supplements such as vitamins D and C, zinc, and magnesium to help boost the immune system.

Infections weaken the immune system and needs nutrients from the foods we eat to boost it. For Covid 19 virus, you need to take ginger, lemons, lime and other fruits. Include carbohydrates and proteins too for body building and repair. Take lots of water to flush our toxic chemicals and green leafy vegetables for minerals and vitamins.

1. Take vitamin E during infection. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E. They provides you lot of energy and you can take other dry fruits. Avocadoes also rich in Vitamin E. All food that provides you vitamin E can speed up your recovery.

2. Take eggs during infection. Eggs are rich in protein. It has amino acids that protect your body against pathogens.

3. Take lot of fluids. Consume as many liquids as you can. You must consume fruits juices, vegetables juices and drink lot of water every day.

4. Take zinc. Beans, legumes meat, grain seeds and dark chocolates are rich in zinc.

5. Take broccoli, bananas, dried figs, guavas, kiwi fruit, papayas, blackberries, raspberries and grape fruits all provides magnesium.

6. Take oranges rich in Vitamin C and other citrus fruits strawberries and kiwis. Vegetables like bell peppers, cauliflower, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and asparagus.

7. Include Vitamin A in your diet. Food with beta carotene. Carrots, pumpkin, mangoes, Fish like salmon.
