Training your mind is not so simple.

However there are some ways which help you to train your mind in a right direction.

Stay in positive environment ,Your mind is mostly affected by what's around you.

Analyse the things in which you are interested and your mind accordingly follows the same.

Make true friends which guide you in difficult situations.

Our minds can be trained by our environments which influences our behaviors. You should also surronf yourself with positive people who can help you and guide you. Avoid negative people as they tear down your energy.

It is not easy to train our mind because the process is very difficult. Mind accepts every thing. Ask many questions .. why ? What ?

Here are some steps to train your mind.

1. Positive things.

First figure out the reason why are you training your mind.

Differentiate between ruminating and problem solving.

Give yourself the same advice you give to your trusted friend.

label your emotion. I really mean it don't trust/love/hurt everyone.

Make perfect decisions. Don't fear anybody. Have your confidence fight for you.

make yourself like a slime hard to break for negativity. smooth for postivity. Stay in positive enviroment. Practice gratitude. don't just stay in your home. Gather up some friends and go to a picnic spot and give your mind a fresh boost. Exercise everyday. Meditate!!!!!!

training mind it is too easy if you start and it is to hard if you do not start now because mind it is the important things that god gave us, and the ways to train your mind first we have games a lot of games that help you and most of them are math training.

Right Affirmations depends on what you want to achieve, using your goals and target as keyword you have to create your own Affirmation and say those Affirmation to your self everyday after waking up and while going to sleep, if you use this technique you can see results in a week or two. Now training your minding is nothing but reprogramming your subconscious mind, It is something like learning new things initially you can not learn everything, But if you practice N number of times your subconscious mind will store it for further uses.
