There are many ways that you can loose your weight without any dieting or physical exercise. Instead of having heavy food like pizzas or other junk food eat nutrient bases foods like fruits and chew them properly. Eat those foods which have plenty of nutrient like  proteins, fiber, calcium etc. It will definitely loose your weight without doing any physical exercise or dieting.

If you want to loose weight then decrease your diet.lt is not so easy to control diet .So start with a very small amount of decrease .

Do exercise and yoga daily.

Do not waste money on fake products which claims  to decrease weight within 10days etc .

They can harm your body . 

So in nutshell diet control and exercise is the right key to decrease weight .

Mainly to stop consuming junk food like chips burgers beers atleast reduce the quantity of intake . Drink water alot atleast 2liters a day  . You may find some weight loss in a week
