How can i stop overthinking because being an overthinker i always have trust issues and always remain tensed.

Just calm yourself first. Stop thinking negative and start thinking positive. Overthinking can be harmful for you do not think much about bad things. Think only of good times. Enjoy your life and remember one thing in mind that worries can not change your present situation learn to cope up with any situation. Overthinking is not good for your health. Take care of your health. If you are healthy and mentally strong you can solve any problem in your life. Nothing is impossible in this world. Train your mind to think positive only. Focus on positive things. Enjoy every moment and learn to solve any problem in your life.

There are many reasons why people tend to overthink sometimes but with other it's just natural ,its their natural trait . Like you yourself you say you overthink everytime right?

One of the ways which you can use to stop or minimize overthinking is to meditate , by this I mean just give yourself some time during the day to just sit back and kind of relax your mind and have an overlook of the day in general . Ask yourself questions based on your behaviors for the day , if this method does not work , you can also try speaking to someon you trust either on a professional level or personal level . Engaging with people helps in most cases because you will figure out that you are not the only one going through that phase or stage , relatable stories will bring you closer to change and finding the best out of the worst .

Another thing is to pray,  I know some people do not pay attention to this process because they feel like it's not determined that it will help whereas it actually does . Hanging around with people most times also decreases overthink tactics,  the most you spend time with other people, the less overthinking takes place. Try to eat the necessary food or nutrients to help boost your appetite,  eat healthy meals and more water ,that way you will be relaxed.  Exercising also helps relieve stress and anxiety in most cases,  when exercising, your focus is shifted.

If you are busy and do whatever you love to do then there is no issue of overthinking.

It's not good to overthink instead get engaged in constructive activities. You can play video games, read novels ,go online watch movies, visit trusted friends and relatives. Do so exercises like jogging,swimming, running.  If the problem persists,you can visit a counselor for further guidance .

To deal with this problem, start with small steps. Reduce your expectations from people , things or events around you. Be a helpful person, but don't expect the same from others. If something or someone bothers you, try to clear it out. If things cannot be better, focus your energy on something else. Negativity can be really upsetting. It can lead to depression.
