The following steps should be followed and recover from the corona disease:

1.To drink hot water frequently.
2.TO drink milk with dried ginger and turmeric powder (twice in a day).
3.TO drink coconut milk with clove powder. It helps us to increase oxygen level.
4.To must take steaming twice in a day in a water containing turmeric powder, lemon, skin removed ginger, basil and pepper powder.
5.Do physical exercises regularly.
6.To drink coconut milk with 'hog plum' powder to increase oxygen level 
7.To drink white radish juice in half glass and added with 1/4 spoon 'Rosy peri winkle' powder to increase oxygen level.

Please avoid heavy exercises. Because one person nearby us have die after recovered from covid 19 due to daily doing heavy workout and exercise.

The first important thing is to stay calm and not to get nervous when your positive the virus stays for 6 days in the throat before it reaches lungs to infect so it's recommended that it's lot good to drink hot water of one glass every two hours for a day and taking steam twice a day adding a capsule called vapocaps this clears any infection in the nasal passage and drinking milk with turmeric before sleeping and most important thing is to check SpO2 level(oxygen level) if it less than 80 you need to be hospitalized if your above 80 there is no need to worry u can gradually increase the oxygen level doing breathing exercises and pranayama in a open placee of fresh air.

Most importantly if you are a diabetic ,asthma patient,thyroid and pain in the chest with shortness of breathing then you need to be hospitalized immediately.

If only common symptoms approach to you without any of these above problems you can stay home isolation without any issue using antibiotics and medicines recommended by doctor

Yes from reports India has escalating numbers for covid infection. You need to stay safe by observing the health measures make sure you have enough water and soap for hand washing, proper ventilation in the home, eat nutritious foods, stay at home and go out only of very necessary . Incase of severity seek medical help dial the emergency numbers given by the government to get some help.

First isolate yourself. Check your fever and inform about your disease to your society so that they can help you to get medicine and food outside your home. Have a video call with your family doctor so that they can prescribed you right medicine that you can take in your home. Many people now a days curing disease at home with a proper guidance from the well known doctors available in your family, friends and relative. Wash your hand and do not walk in every room of your house if someone staying with you. Tel them to give your food outside your room till 14 day and necessary items like water, tea or coffee. Wash your clothes separately, do not mix your clothes with other family members. Shift in the room which is attached with wash room and toilet so that you do not have to run in your home unnecessarily and stay in that room only till your disease is cured. Do not talk your family members personally talk over phone so that you do not get bored. Watch tv if your room have tv otherwise watch anything in your phone and keep yourself busy. After 14 days you can call a corona team for testing. Eat healthy food during corona. Eat lot of vegetables, Vitamin C, Zinc. Eat carrots, lemons, broccoli, oranges, eggs, milk, beans, meat, fish, rice, lentils, paneer, soya, ragi, oat. Eat walnuts, almonds, olive oil, mustard oil.

1. You can gargle 3 times  a day 

2. You can take steam regularly 

3. Take vitamin C pills
