Get it repaired by an AC technician. There can be various reasons for not getting cold  air.

May be it needs a servicing which may have not taken place since long time. Or there can be an issue of a gas leakage. Or the copper pipe might have any holes.

If your air condition turn on and your thermostat is adjusted correctly, but your system is still doesn't cool, it could be due to a dirty or blocked air condenser. Make sure your filter is clean. If you have pets or used your air condition frequently, you may need to change your filter more often. Pull your filter out and see if you can see through it as a test. If your air conditioner is still not cooling air,  you may have a problem with your compressor or refrigerant and will need to contact a professional.

Their might be several causes by which your air conditioner is not doing proper cooling.

One reason might be that your ac is out CCl4 gas.

You should get it filled by a nearby technician.

Air conditioners actually need maintenance every 6 months or at least once a year to make sure it releases cold air. There maybe some clogged up dirt inside your AC that's why it's not getting cold anymore. Get it checked by a AC technician as soon as possible.
