Working out regularly is one of the best way to relax your body and mind, also to improve your mood. Exercise is better than none at all. Taking a deep breaths can take the pressure off you right away. Well- balanced diet will help you feel better in general. It may also help control your moods. Taking one step at a time in any struggles, problems or situation that you have will lessen your stress. You may need some real downtime to give your mind time off from stress by doing some of the following: yoga, prayer, listening to your favorite songs, and spending time with nature. You also try to do something every day that makes you feel good emotionally and physically . If things are bothering you, talking about them can help you lower your stress. You can talk to your family members, trusted friends or doctor. Go easy on yourself by accepting that you can't do things perfectly and you can't control everything in your life. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking you can do so much. Lastly, identify what are the biggest causes of stress in your life, see if you are able to eliminate them from your life or at least reduce them.

1. Take good care of yourself by eating healthy food, work out regularly, and having plenty of sleep.

2. Take a break from your work or school for a while to collect yourself.

3.Avoid  alcohol and drugs

4. Talk to someone else.

5. If you need more help, talk to a life coach, psychologist, social worker, or professional counselor.

1. Use guided meditation. This would be  one  of the best  way to relieve and guide you away from  stress.

2. Practice deep breathing.

3. Daily exercise and proper nutrition or  a balanced diet.

4. Have a good night sleep.

5. Minimal usage  of any social media sites.

6. Positive output.

Most of all, connect to your love ones and to those  people  who you trust and  have confidence with.

I usually take time to think or even rethink to solve a particular stressor in my life. Being panicky cannot solve anything, so I need time for this matter.
