If your android is an old model maybe something is wrong like if you cannot update it and it does not work. If it is a new model you need to update your android software.it might be downloaded many apps or you saved many files such as photos, videos and music. You need to buck up those files to a SD card or driver and delete those not-important files on your phone. If you have an application to boosting your phone do it from time to time on your phone. If you don't have that kind of application find an application in Google Play. Make sure you do the boosting in your phone to clean your phone system. This will help your phone fix or remove unnecessary files.

One by one, remove recently downloaded apps. Learn how to delete apps.

After each removal, restart your phone normally. ...

After you remove the app that caused the problem, you can add back the other apps that you removed.
