Certainly, YES.

1. Logically, if u make yourself busy in some task, your mind gets away from the problems that you keep running in your mind. Overthinking is root cause of Depression. If you exercise regularly and you feel heathy and powerful, I doubt there will room for anxiety anymore. Exercises, Yoga, Meditation, etc. gives your mind a stability.

2. Scientifically, exercising daily gives rise increase of Testosterones, which is again helpful to boost your confidence.

I hope, I could explain you the benefits of exercising daily. GO, hit the Gym.

Exercise can help you reduce anxiety and depression as it produces serotonin which acts as a mood stabilizer, and dopamine which acts as a reward chemical. You can dopamine by completing a task, doing self-care activities, celebrating little wins, and eating good food. You can get serotonin by meditating, exercise, sun exposure, and walking in nature.

Start by standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. There are lots of ways you can position yourself for this exercise, but standing up straight is a simple way to begin. Keep your back straight and your shoulders back so that you're not slumping, but avoid standing in a way that's uncomfortable

Yes it is. The excitement of exercising is stimulating good vibes within us and that's why it's purely relieving. We may get tired but not immediately because of the adrenaline we feel while doing it. Exercise is also considered as a hobby which prevents us to stay put and over think about things around us that can make us sad.

Exercise has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression by increasing the production of endorphins, which are natural mood elevators. Exercise also helps to reduce the levels of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, which can contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression. Additionally, exercise provides a sense of accomplishment and can improve self-esteem, which can help to counteract negative feelings. Finally, exercise can provide a healthy outlet for pent-up emotions and can help to improve sleep, which is important for overall mental health.

Regular exercise has been shown to have a positive impact on reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Here are a few ways in which exercise can help:

Releases endorphins: Exercise causes the release of endorphins, which are chemicals that act as natural painkillers and mood elevators. These endorphins can create feelings of happiness and well-being, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Reduces cortisol: Exercise also reduces the levels of the stress hormone cortisol in the body. High levels of cortisol are associated with anxiety and depression, so reducing cortisol levels can help alleviate symptoms.

Improves sleep: Regular exercise can improve the quality of sleep, which is often disrupted in people with anxiety and depression. Better sleep can lead to better moods and reduced symptoms.

Increases self-esteem: Regular exercise can also increase self-esteem and confidence. This can be particularly important for people with anxiety and depression, who often experience low self-esteem and negative self-talk.

Provides a sense of accomplishment: Setting and achieving fitness goals can provide a sense of accomplishment and purpose, which can also help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

It's important to note that while exercise can be a helpful tool in managing anxiety and depression, it's not a substitute for professional treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, it's important to speak with a mental health professional to develop a treatment plan that's right for you
