Just one food cannot cause to gain weight . calorie rich foods help you gain healthy weight.eg nuts , pineapples, potatoes, bananas ...dried fruits have a higher amount of sugar which can help gain weight and protein rich foods like fish ,egg also best to gain weight

Dried fruits are good for weight gain like blue grapes,almond etc. Have fruits,vegetables,meat,fish,egg too.
