Do Reindeer really have a red nose?

Yes, Reindeer have red noses for real and they do have a reason behind it. Reindeer lives in harsher climates, because of this they have densely packed noses with blood vessels that help regulate their body temperature.

"When reindeer are feeding, their noses are exposed to very low temperatures as they look for food under the snow," said Ronald Kroger, the University's Professor of Functional Zoology. " They pump warm blood into the mule which means it can be a bit reddish because of this strong blood flow.

Unfortunately there is only one red nosed raindear and his name is Rudolph. Raindears are usually found in  in the northern parts of the world (Scandinavia, Canada, Russia) all have brown noses.
