What is sin according to you? Can sin be rated from 0 to 10, or are they equal?

sin is anything that cannot please God or any act that cannot please God. sin cannot be rated because all sinners will end up in he'll fire

I am not very religious person, but sin is something that is malicious to do. It causes damage after it is committed. I think rating sins have sense, since it is not equally bad to let's say cheat on someone and murder someone. Maybe scale from 0 to 10 does not make much sense but just knowing that sins are not equal among themselves is enough.

When I hear the term sin, my mind just runs to the biblical teachings as it is there that sin has been made reference for in many aspects. It does mean going against the will and teachings of God. It's an act of disobedience and walking in the ways that don not please God.
