The list was given by our fellow member here @Priyadarshini. It is a good thing that there are still some countries that are not into corruption that cheats their local people.

Denmark is the highest-rated country in the Corruption Perceptions Index i.e CPI. But, the country's anti-bribery laws have significant limitations. The Danske Bank scandal highlighted how weak supervision in the financial sector allowed millions in suspicious funds to enter the European Union.

Corruption is a complex and widespread issue that affects many countries around the world. While some countries may have lower levels of corruption than others, it is difficult to say that any country is entirely free from corruption.

Various international organizations and indices, such as Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index, measure the perceived levels of corruption in different countries. These indices suggest that some countries have lower levels of corruption than others, but none are entirely free from it.

It is important to note that corruption can take many forms, from petty bribery to grand corruption, and can occur at all levels of government and society. Additionally, corruption can be difficult to detect and measure, making it challenging to assess the true extent of corruption in any country.

In summary, while some countries may have lower levels of corruption than others, it is unlikely that any country is entirely free from corruption.

No country has been entirely free from corruption. Corruption exists to varying degrees in all societies, and even countries with strong anti-corruption measures still face challenges. However, some countries consistently rank higher on corruption perception indices, indicating lower levels of corruption compared to others. These countries typically have strong institutions, effective legal frameworks, transparent governance systems, and active civil societies that work to combat corruption. Examples of countries often perceived as having lower levels of corruption include Denmark, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, according to indices like the Corruption Perceptions Index published by Transparency International. While these countries have made significant strides in combating corruption, no country is entirely immune to it.
