Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne illness that occurs in tropical and subtropical areas of the world. Mild dengue fever causes a high fever and flu-like symptoms. Based on the fact that the liver is one of the main organs affected by dengue and that the lungs and heart are also important sites involved with the severe disease, samples from all these three organs were considered.

Dengue fever is caused by a mosquito bite or even using a water infected by it. It will lower down your platelet and it is also consider a blood related disease because it lessen down your blood cells.

is a mild viral illness transmitted by mosquitoes which causes fever, rashes and muscle and joint aches. Treatment includes rehydration and recovery is expected. A second exposure to the virus can result in Dengue hemorrhagic fever, a life-threatening illness.
