Generally speaking, the fire pump compared with the ordinary centrifugal pump, the pump body is more reasonable in structure, performance parameter and more applicable, start a more sensitive, more reliable.

The difference between the two is as follows:

Generally, fire fighting pumps are also centrifugal type only having headed up to 90 meters. The fire fighting system consists of 3 centrifugal pumps.

Nothing different , both are the same except that for the Fighting pump the selection for duty condition is at 150% of required flow rate , the head show not drop below 65% of rated head
