When I am still on my diet, the easiest yet healthiest meal I've had is a bowl of oats with chopped bananas and a cup of green tea to maximize my metabolism. I just boiled a water and put it on both the tea and the bowl of oats. While I am taking a bath and  I am tidying up, I've let my meal been boiled, that's why when I'm finished tidying, I've took my breakfast before going to work.
